In a landmark decision reflecting a commitment to excellence and innovation, the Board of Trustees of the NextGen INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FUND approved the transition of fund management to the private sector in 2024. Following a comprehensive evaluation process, Elite Capital & Co. Limited, a distinguished financial management firm based in the United Kingdom, was appointed as the exclusive manager of the fund.

From 1st May 2025, Elite Capital & Co. Limited assumes stewardship of the NextGen INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT FUND, backed by its ISO triple certification: ISO 9001 (Quality Management), ISO 27001 (Information Security), and ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery). These certifications underscore the company’s unwavering commitment to quality, security, and ethical practices in financial management.

The Board of Trustees, established prior to this transition, will remain unchanged throughout Elite Capital’s management period until 2035, retaining full authority over all governance matters. This continuity ensures that the fund’s strategic direction and oversight remain steadfast, while benefiting from Elite Capital’s operational expertise.
